Here at Arvos Mobile Detailing, we strive to be as honest and transparent as possible with our clients and ensure the whole booking process is a seamless experience, from requesting a quote to completing the job.

 

We want you to be informed and know precisely what you're getting when booking with us. We'll provide all the information you'll need, from the process and method we use to frequently asked questions (FAQ).

We recommend you read and look over this page to ensure you're informed and familiar with our booking process, detailing methods, deposit policy, fees, and FAQ. We might not have all the answers to your question on this page, but feel free to reach out to us via phone call, email, or quote request and we'll be glad to answer any of your questions.

Deposit And Cancellation Policy 

We reserve a time slot specifically for you when you book an appointment, therefore in light of the recent increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we are now requiring a deposit for all appointments.

Deposit Policy 

Starting in January 2023, Arvos Mobile Detailing will require deposits on all appointments in order to reserve your time slot. If you're planning to book via our website, we do require a deposit before accepting any appointment request.

Cancellation Policy 

We do require an additional deposit if you would like to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will not be refunded.

Gloomy Weather

Detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, snow, or other adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best results. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will contact you in advance to discuss rescheduling options. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

FAQ
How much will the deposit be?

A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment.The deposit must be paid within 1–2 days of its issuance.Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in the loss of your appointment slot.

Learn About Our Fees

Kindly be aware that not all vehicles will incur additional charges; however, we wish to provide you with upfront information and establish clear expectations. If you suspect that your vehicle might be subject to any of our fees, please notify us in advance so that we can offer an accurate quote for your vehicle.

If your vehicle is subject to any of our fees, you will have to pay a deposit along with the full amount upon our arrival and prior to starting on the vehicle. Regrettably, we find it necessary to introduce this new policy due to an increase in instances where payment is not received after the completion of services. This policy will come into effect starting January 1st, 2024.

Mold Vehicle 

We kindly request that our clients make their payments promptly. As a small business, delayed payments can have a significant impact on us. We do provide a 14-day grace period, but if payment is not received within that timeframe, a $25 late fee will be added to the invoice.

Hair removal can be a lengthy process depending on the type of hair (human hair, pet hair), and the materials in the vehicle and can sometimes add 20 to 40 minutes to the job. The vacuum alone won't be able to remove all of the hair, but we have special hair brushes and, along with the air compressor, we can remove 95% to 100% of it. (Not all hair may be removed from the vehicle.)

We please ask all our clients to remove all their personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival. This would include personal documents, children's seats, seat covers, etc. We do not remove belongings from the glove box or center console, nor do we remove or install children's seat covers or steering wheel covers. We're not responsible for any missed placed or lost items left in the vehicle.

We provide a general price range for all of our services that covers vehicles in average condition. We understand that life may get a little out of control and your vehicle may be in worse than average condition, requiring a bit more attention. We'll notify you if your vehicle would be subjected to this fee before starting the on the Interior.

Due to the nature of moldy vehicles, our pricing for mold removal will start at $400 and may increase depending on the condition and needs of your vehicle. Molded vehicles will require a COMPLETE INTERIOR detail. Shop Only Service.

Auto Detailing FAQ

3 / Do You Need Access To Water Or Power?

No, we're a fully equipped mobile service with onboard power and a water tank. Access to water and power would be convenient and would speed up the process, but isn't required. 

4/ Do I Have To Be Present?

No, we would just need the key to access the vehicle and sufficient space to work on it. If you aren't present, we'll send you after pictures of the vehicle if you aren't present and we'll collect payment once you've looked over the vehicle and you're satisfied with the results.

1 / How Do You Take Payment?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Apple Pay, physical cards, and invoice payments as well. We'll collect payment once the job is complete and you're satisfied with the results.

2 / Are You By Appointment Only ?

Yes, we require all of our clients to schedule an appointment with us. This helps us track and make sure we don't double book clients to ensure you get your vehicle services the day you choose.
