Exterior Only 1. Pre-Treatment for Surface Protection: - Begin by meticulously pre-treating the vehicle's exterior to loosen and remove bugs and dirt. This critical step helps prevent scratches and swirls during the subsequent wash process, ensuring the safety of the vehicle's paint. 2. Wheel and Fender Liner Care: - Pay special attention to the wheels and fender liners, where dirt and brake dust tend to accumulate. Thoroughly clean and rejuvenate these areas to restore their appearance. 3. Initial Rinse and Dirt Removal: - Perform an initial rinse to remove the bulk of surface dirt and grime from the vehicle, preparing it for a more thorough cleaning. 4. Foam Bath Protection: - Apply a high-quality foam bath to the vehicle's exterior. This not only cleans the surface but also acts as a lubricant, reducing the risk of swirls and scratches during the washing process. 5. Secondary Rinse: - Rinse off the foam bath and any remaining contaminants, leaving the vehicle's surface clean and ready for deeper treatment. 6. Iron Contaminant Removal and Decontamination: - Conduct iron contaminant removal, followed by re-foaming the vehicle. Utilize a clay bar to meticulously remove deeper contaminants, leaving the surface smooth and contaminant-free. 7. Paint Sealing for Long-lasting Protection: - Apply a professional-grade paint sealant to safeguard the paint for an extended period, up to 10 months. This sealant offers protection against UV rays, enhances gloss, and provides a slick finish. 8. Final Touches and Detailing: - Conclude the cleaning process by applying a tire shine to give the tires a pristine appearance. Pay attention to the door jambs, ensuring they are clean and spotless. Address any missed spots for a flawless finish.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Arvos Mobile Detailing LLC Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A confirmed time slot is required for all services. Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Vehicle Preparation: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. Service Expectations: We provide high-quality detailing services tailored to your vehicle’s needs. Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and promotional purposes (with your consent). If you have specific concerns or areas of focus, please let us know at the time of booking. Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled. Vehicle Condition: Please inform us of any pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle before services begin. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. 5 Day Warrenty At Arvos Mobile Detailing LLC, we are committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll promptly address any concerns and ensure your vehicle meets the high standards you expect from us. Additional Services: Add-ons or upgrades can be requested at the time of booking or during your appointment, subject to availability. Gloomy Weather Policy: Detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, snow, or other adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best results. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will contact you in advance to discuss rescheduling options. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
